University of Kansas Medical Center – Health Education Building
LAND3 provided site, green roof and planting design services for the new education building, creating a new campus green space.
Olathe District Activity Centers
LAND3 provided planning, field design and construction observation to convert 16 fields to synthetic turf, and build a tennis complex.
Red Barn Agri-hood
LAND3 Studio provided Planning, Site Development, Planting, and Irrigation design for the sustainably focused “Agri-hood” development in Bentonville, Akansas.
Hodge Park
LAND3 provided Planning, Design and Construction Observation services for this park’s generational playground, shelter facility, paved trail, rugby, football and ball fields.
Loews Hotel – Kansas City Convention Center
Streetscape and roof terrace design was provided by LAND3 for this hotel-convention center under construction in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
Kansas City International Airport – New Terminal
